Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at a'nura! This Shipping Policy explains how we handle your orders, delivery times, fees, and related matters within Malaysia.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email/whatsapp with tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
  • Standard Shipping. 3-7 business days.
  • Shipping provider. Service by Pos Malaysia or equivalent courier.

*Note:* Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs or courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Typical charges for standard shipping within Malaysia, with higher rates for remote areas. 
  • Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount (e.g., RM)
4. Shipping Address & Accuracy*
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including postal code and contact number. 
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.
5. Tracking Your Orders
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/whatsapp with a tracking number.
  • Use the tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor your delivery status.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost Items
  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, or if it is lost/damaged in transit, please contact us within **7 days** of expected delivery date. 
  • We will work with the courier company to resolve issues and, if necessary, issue replacements or refunds.
7. Returns & Exchanges
  • If any products are delivered wrongly or in damage condition, please directly provide to us these following details:
    • Name
    • Order number
    • Picture of goods condition (if any)
    • Details transaction

      And email to nurlightgroup.my@gmail.com.We will review the inquiry and will take a further action.
  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
